Robert’s professional path has been guided by his vision to acquire knowledge and experience about how organizations and people succeed and fail. This curiosity led him to serve in various positions throughout his life ranging from entry-level to COO/CEO to President with various organizations. He was also instrumental in starting several businesses which led to him opening his own professional/personal development training and coaching company. Academically, he attended LSU and the University of Nevada where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a major in marketing and attended an additional four years of college to support his thirst for knowledge. Robert’s academic journey continued with his tenure as a business professor at a private university. Additionally, Robert completed formal ICF sanctioned professional coach training and is a certified NLP Master Practitioner. The ultimate result of his purposeful engagement is that Robert has evolved into a versatilely skilled, capable, and seasoned professional. He is dedicated to the “Kaizen” philosophy of constant and never-ending improvement. He is always ready to support others on their personal and professional growth journey. Robert is excited to employ his 30+ years of expansive experience and skills as a part of the VistaCoders Team on its path to success. On the personal side of life, Robert loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, biking, winter sports, photography and traveling… and much more! When not working, Robert prefers to be immersed in these activities with family, his fur babies, and friends… because life is meant for living full out, not sitting on the bench.
